A holistic yoga for vitalising your body and mind by incorporating a mix of standing, sitting and lying down poses (Asanas) for total balance. Anti-rheumatic movements for flexibility which can be attempted by everyone and loving yourself more. The basis being Hatha Yoga, it also focusses on relaxation by deep mindful meditation leading to awakening and self realization.
