Due to the keen interest in Human Body and how it functions, Dr. Pratibha Bharti pursued her Masters and Ph.D. in Biotechnology. Despite of working into research and as an Assistant Professor in her field, her on-going quest to take health seriously and ways to improve it, led her to take a step ahead by undertaking 700 hours + 1 year Hatha Yoga course with distinction from India. Having won many medals at various levels she proved her zeal and enthusiasm.
To combat and face increasing stress and challenges in practical life, she has also been practising Raja Yoga Meditation for mental health and even been teaching the discourses since over 7 years in India, Canada and now in Germany.
