We will be looking at how to - differentiate between formal and informal language - address the addressee, open and close emails - give good and bad news, request and give information, attach files - make and reply to inquiries, make and respond to suggestions - change and confirm arrangements - make and deal with complaints, make apologies, ask for payment - be direct and brief, be indirect and polite, check understanding. By the end of this course, you will be able to apply key language to different types of emails.
