I choose to be grateful for everything I have, kind to myself and others, happy to be alive, present, now and here. Gratitude for the present moment opens up the blockages and invites blessings. A feeling of gratitude doing Namaskar poses and being thankful for the healthy body and happy mind brings the whole universe close to us. Gratitude is the single most important ingredient for a successful and fulfilled life. Grateful mind leads to grateful vibes, which further leads to grateful life.
